Location: Orlando, FL (Hybrid)

This role is mostly remote, with occasional travel to client locations in Central Florida. Candidate must be local to Central Florida and available for travel on content days.

Position Overview:

As a Social Media Coordinator at HohmDigital, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the online presence and impact of our clients. You will be responsible for crafting content, managing various client social media channels, and collaborating with clients and our HohmDigital team to drive results. If you’re a creative thinker with a passion for social media, this is an exciting opportunity to grow your career in digital marketing. You will report to the Digital Design Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy: Develop and own content topics and plans for all social media channels, ensuring alignment with client goals and brand identity.
Social Media Management: Manage and curate social media channels for multiple clients, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and more.
Content Creation: Attend occasional content shoots on-site, and create visually appealing and engaging social media posts, graphics, and short-form videos.
Engagement: Actively engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and interactions promptly and professionally.
Sharing and Re-sharing: Share relevant content, both created and curated, to boost engagement and extend the reach of the client’s social media presence.
Monitoring Trends: Monitor social media channels for trends, track performance metrics, and provide regular iterations to social strategy.
Client Collaboration: Work closely with the HohmDigital team and our clients to understand their goals, preferences, and target audience, ensuring social media content is in line with their objectives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related experience preferred.
Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and engagement.
A portfolio of social media experience is recommended.
Ability to travel within the Central Florida area for occasional client content shoots on-site.
Proficiency in social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Buffer, Hootsuite).
Experience with team collaboration tools like Jira, HubSpot, Monday, etc.
Strong writing and editing skills with high attention to detail.
Creativity and ability to think outside the box.
Eagerness to learn and receive feedback on work.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
