As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a talented and enthusiastic Social Media Content Creator to join our team.

 

Job Summary:

As a Social Media Content Creator at HohmDigital, you will play a vital role in capturing and curating engaging content for our partner and owned social media accounts. You’ll be responsible for directing and filming on-site content shoots, crafting monthly content plans with the Creative Manager, and building content calendars that reflect each partner’s brand identity and goals. If you have a knack for engaging storytelling, creating organic content, and staying ahead of social media trends, this is an exciting opportunity to grow your career in digital marketing. You will report to the Creative Manager.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation

  • Travel regularly to partner locations within Central Florida to capture high-quality, organic content using an iPhone, digital camera, microphone and/or similar tools.
  • Direct clients during content shoots to ensure a variety of engaging, on-brand visuals and videos.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends and audio to adapt them creatively for diverse industries.
  • Develop short-form videos, reels, and other multimedia content tailored to platform specifications.
  • Edit and optimize visual content for social platforms to ensure a polished final product.

 

Social Media Coordination

  • Plan, organize, and manage content calendars for multiple social media accounts, planning 1-2 months of content in advance.
  • Schedule content across multiple platforms using scheduling tools (e.g., Sprout, Later, Planoly, Hootsuite).
  • Monitor channel performance, track key metrics, and provide insights for iterative improvements.
  • Edit videos using CapCut or similar video editing software.
  • Create engaging, aesthetic graphics using Canva.

 

Partner and Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with HohmDigital team members to align on project goals, brand voice, and client expectations.
  • Coordinate with design and content teams to produce high-quality assets and materials.
  • Build strong relationships with partners to understand and drive the inclusion of their goals, audiences, and topic preferences.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and engagement.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Awareness of social media trends and ability to implement them across diverse business types.
  • Portfolio of social media experience showcasing creativity and results.
  • Ability to travel regularly within Central Florida for partner content shoots.
  • Proficiency in filming high-quality iPhone content and directing clients during professional shoots.
  • Skilled in social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Sprout, Later, Planoly, Hootsuite).
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, HubSpot, Monday, Trello).
  • Experience with content creation and editing tools for video + graphics (e.g., CapCut, Canva, etc.)
  • Strong writing and editing skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Creativity, ability to think outside the box, and eagerness to go above and beyond client expectations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Eagerness to learn and receive feedback on work.

As we grow, we’re looking for an organized and proactive Account Manager to join our team and ensure seamless communication between our partners and internal team.

 

Job Summary:

As the Account Manager at HohmDigital, you will act as the central communication hub between our client partners and internal team members. Reporting directly to the Owner, you will oversee project timelines, approvals, and deliverables to ensure we consistently exceed client expectations. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, proactive communication, and the ability to foster productive relationships with partners and team members alike.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client partners, ensuring a high level of professionalism and responsiveness.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to fully understand their needs and goals.
  • Regularly update partners on project progress, key milestones, and deliverables.

 

Project Management:

  • Manage and maintain project timelines, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
  • Proactively drive deadlines and approvals to keep projects moving forward.
  • Anticipate potential roadblocks and implement solutions to maintain project momentum.

 

Team Coordination:

  • Lead internal team meetings to align on priorities, timelines, responsibilities, and strategic planning sessions.
  • Setup internal projects and create ticked requests within Jira for team project management tracking and execution.
  • Act as a bridge between creative, strategy, development, and execution teams to ensure smooth workflows.
  • Own timelines and team priorities while collaborating with the Owner to adjust priorities as needed.

 

Communication Excellence:

  • Clearly articulate project details, updates, and needs to all stakeholders.
  • Deliver timely and professional communication that drives clarity and action.
  • Document key decisions, feedback, and next steps to ensure alignment across all parties.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in account management, project management, or a related client-facing role.
  • Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—with a professional and approachable tone.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience in digital marketing, creative agencies, or a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Monday, Trello, Asana, or similar).
  • Familiarity with social media, email marketing, web development, and digital marketing processes is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship-building and problem-solving.
  • A detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable approach to work.
